Why I cycle4fitness
Sharing a few solid principals for anyone looking to begin or maintain a lifestyle of fitness leading to a hope of long term wellness.
Personally, I cycle because it's fun, don't find it boring, and I can set obtainable goals leading to positive results.
But the most important reason why I cycle is highlighted below.

Move your body and sweat every day – especially when you don’t have time.

If you hate going to the gym, don’t – move, dance, skip, jump, and jiggle… whatever you have to do to make it fun!

The best gift you can give your family and those around you is a fit, healthy, well adjusted, stress-free you.

Be functionally fit so your body serves you in your everyday activities, before you worry about a six-pack.

What you put forth on the outside tells the world what you feel about yourself on the inside.

Have a goal to drive you, break it down into bite-sized pieces and take one step toward it every day.

Stay away from the center isles of the grocery store as much as possible and eat the fresh stuff on the perimeter

Eat when you’re hungry.

Drink lots of water.

Surround yourself with people who LIVE IT and you will succeed.
