Why I cycle4fitness

Sharing a few solid principals for anyone looking to begin or maintain a lifestyle of fitness leading to a hope of long term wellness.

Personally, I cycle because it's fun, don't find it boring, and I can set obtainable goals leading to positive results. 

But the most important reason why I cycle is highlighted below.

  • Move your body and sweat every day – especially when you don’t have time.
  • If you hate going to the gym, don’t – move, dance, skip, jump, and jiggle… whatever you have to do to make it fun!
  • The best gift you can give your family and those around you is a fit, healthy, well adjusted, stress-free you.
  • Be functionally fit so your body serves you in your everyday activities, before you worry about a six-pack.
  • What you put forth on the outside tells the world what you feel about yourself on the inside.
  • Have a goal to drive you, break it down into bite-sized pieces and take one step toward it every day.
  • Stay away from the center isles of the grocery store as much as possible and eat the fresh stuff on the perimeter
  • Eat when you’re hungry.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Surround yourself with people who LIVE IT and you will succeed.
